  Business Process Manager coach.

  For permanent resolution apply SmartCloud Orchestrator 2.3.0.1
  iFix 3.
  

Problem conclusion

• BPM Proxy does not handle multipart/form-data content type,
  it only deals with application/x-www-form-urlencoded content
  types. Support for multipart/form-data was enabled by this
  code change.
  
  The fix for this APAR will be contained in the following
  maintenance packages:
  | ifix | 2.3.0.1-CSI-ISCO-IF0003 applicable for SmartCloud
  Orchestrator 2.3.0 Fix Pack 1 or SmartCloud Orchestrator
