• Problem description:
  The customer can't deploy a pattern with two NICs,  when they
  try to use the self-service offering.
    Then there is only one IP group available.

Problem summary

  All users of SmartCloud Orchestrator 2.3 using "Deploy Single
  Pattern" offering for a virtual system pattern containing
  servers with more than one NIC

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The "Deploy Single Pattern" Offering fails if a patterns
  selected containing servers with more than one NIC
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply SmartCloud Orchestrator 2.3 Fixpack 1 when available.
  

Problem conclusion

• In SCOrchestrator_Support_vSys_toolkit internal business objects
  are initialized and fields are filled with identifiers and key
  value pairs.
  For multiple NICs a list object for the business objects need to
  be created, the list object wasn't initialized correctly.
  This leads to the described problem since this logic fails while
  assigning values to a null object.
  The fix for this APAR consists in - not initializing the list
  object for the NIC business objects if there are more than a
  single one.
