    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Authentication error (CTJCO0004E: A REST call to BPM failed with
    status 401)
    occurs intermittent in the self-service UI
    When a Self-Service offering to provision virtual machines is
    started the exception
    CWLLG0594E: An exception occurred while initializing the
    runnable thread.
    Error:
    com.lombardisoftware.component.common.workflow.WorkflowProcessIt
    emException:
    java.io.IOException:  { "errorStatusCode":  401, "message":
    null, "errorMessage":  null}
    responseCode=Unauthorized in

    * RECOMMENDATION:
    Apply fix pack 2.3.0-CSI-ISCO-FP0001 for SCO 2.3.0
    ****************************************************************
    PROBLEM CONCLUSION:
    It may happen that the simpletoken used from the UI is expiring
    when it's
    passed through SmartCloudOrchestrator from the UI to the
    GenericREST client
    and finally to IWD. The token is now renewed in GenericREST when
    it's going
    to expire shortly.

    package:
