Error description

• When using Rational Developer for i (RDI) 9.1.0 to ILE RPG with
  the LPEX editor the content assist proposals on a new free-form
  line after a fixed D spec line does not include all the DCL
  opcodes.
  

Local fix

• Type in the desired DCL opcode manually.
