Error description

• When a source member that contains 5250 display attribute (hex)
  characters is opened from one RSE connection that is then set
  into offline mode then the source is saved to another RSE
  connection the save may fail and the local copy of the source
  may be cleared.
  

Local fix

• Before attempting the operation change the local workspace
  character encoding to UTF-8 and clear the RSE file cache
