Error description

• An ILE RPG procedure definition can be found in Remote Systesm
  LPEX by placing the cursor on on the usage of a procedure name
  and pressing F3.  However if the name is longer than 13
  characters then F3 is incorrectly failing with message "EVFP0019
  No subroutine or procedure declaration could be found in the
  source for the current selection."
