Error description

• In the RDAL 9.0 help topic
  com.ibm.etools.multicore.tuning.doc/topics/tasks/External.html
  points to the RDP 8.5 AIX install location for the external data
  collection tar file
  
  This should be corrected to point to the RDAL 9.0 AIX install
  location.
  

Local fix

• Use the RDPPA_External_Data_Collection.tar file at
  /opt/IBM/RDAIXLinux/9.0/rse/pa/
