Error description

• With the static RPGLE outline the outline view displays the
  categories Global Definitions, Main Procedure, and
  Subprocedures. After upgrading to 8.5.1 the Main Procedure
  category is now displayed after Subprocedures.
  
  The Main Procedure is shown before Subprocedures only if the
  sort button is clicked but this is not desirable behaviour.  The
  MainProcedure should be shown before the Subprocedures
  regardless of the sort.
