Error description

• The RPGLE live outline does not show VARYING for variables
  defined with LIKE.
  
  Given the following source
  d abc             s           1024a   varying template
  d def             s                   like(abc)
  
  Outline shows:
  abc: Character(1024) VARYING(2) TEMPLATE
  def: Character(1024)
  
  VARYING(2) is missing for def in the outline and hover text.
  
  The static outline shows it correctly.
