Error description

• In cases where the user is authenticated outside WebSphere
  Application Server, the LTPA token might have some custom
  credential passed in the public credential. This APAR is to
  resolve the problem on Commerce to be able to identify WAS
  credential among all public credentials passed in the LTPA
  Token.

   All WebSphere Commerce Users on v7 that have SSO enabled and
  are not using WebSphere Application Server to authenticate user.
