• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After installing Rational Developer for i v9.0:
  
  If you try to open the Release Notes using the shortcut in the
  Start menu it will fail to find the file.
  It incorrectly links to readme85.html, but should link to
  readme.html.
  
  The workaround
  1. Click the "Browse..." button when prompted, and locate the
  file under
  
  <InstallLocation>\rdi\documentation\readme.html
  
  Your  install location may vary.  Default values for
  <InstallLocation> are:
  
  "C:\Program Files\IBM\SDP" [on Windows 32 bits]
  "C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SDP [on windows 64 bits]
