Error description

• When building a decision service with Maven that has ruleflows
  using BAL dynamic rule selection and queries, the build fails
  with the following error:
  Error: An error occurred while
  registering B2X files to build the archive file "file:///C:/IBM/
  ODM8.10.1/buildcommand/samples/HelloWorld/Hello%20Main%20Service
  /target/simple_dop.dsar".
  
  Note that the build is successful in
  Rule Designer.

• Remove the rule selection and queries
