APAR status

Error description

• In DE engine, in B2XA method,
  If an object objA is an IlrXmlObject, then 'objA instanceof <an
  Xml BOM class>' will always return true no matter what is the
  actual type of objA.
  If objA is not IlrXmlObject, then it will cause a
  ClassCastException.
  
  The same expression works fine in a function.
