RS03115: INTERMITTENT SECURITY ERRORS IN DECISION CENTER BUSINESS CONSOLE

Error description

When project security is enforced, users may receive
intermittent security errors in Business Console. For example,
- a user could see prohibited Decision Service in the library
view
- a user could receive an error "you do not have access to
branch main in project A" although he is working on project
B

These problems usually disappear after the same user logout and
login again, and performs the same operation

This is because the session cache might not get closed, as a
result a different session might get access to data from
previous cache which may lead to permission exceptions or
access to out-dated information.

Local fix

Usually the problem disappears when the user perform the same
operation after logout and login again
