• In Rule Designer when debugging a decision service that uses the
  decision engine, the following message is thrown while using
  the step into/step over in the debugger: "Debug Source Lookup
  has encountered a problem" with details as: An internal error
  occurred during: "Debug Source Lookup".
  null argument. The following exception is thrown i n the
  workspace log
