RS03045: INCORRECT BOM VALUES WHEN EDITING A DECISION TABLE AFTER PREVIEW

Error description

When editing a DT after preview the editor can display choices
coming from BOM not in the BOM path of the project.

a question code   can be  Q0

project s1  depends on base defines

a question code s1   is a question code
Q11 is a question code s1
Q12 is a question code s1

project s2  depends on base  defines

a question code s2 is a question code
Q21 is a question code s2
Q22 is a question code s2

a decision service   sample  depends on  s1 and s2

When editing a decision table in s1  for  a question code s1
we are proposed the choices  Q0, Q11, Q12 in any case.
When editing a decision table in s2  for  a question code s2
we are proposed the choices  Q0, Q11, Q12   Q21 Q22  if we
preview the DT before editing it. Direct edit shows the
expected choices Q0  Q21 Q22

Local fix

Problem summary

We got an incorrect BOM values when editing a decision table
after preview because of IlrPermission, we need to fix that.
