APAR status

Error description

  • When creating a Decision Center server application using the
profile template scripts, the session management is not
configured correctly. Sometimes, the Business console session
expires after 30 seconds which is the WebSphere default
settings. When the session doesn't expire after 30 seconds, it
will immediately end after 1000 seconds.

Local fix

  • Deploy the decision center application manually.

Problem summary

  • When creating a Decision Center server application in Websohere
85 using the
profile template scripts, the session management is not
configured correctly. Sometimes, the Business console session
expires after 30 seconds which is the WebSphere default
settings. When the session doesn't expire after 30 seconds, it
will immediately end after 1000 seconds.
