APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The DTX editor (in BC) allows to have more than 1 Otherwise
  cell in the same partition. This is not valid, and is reported
  as an error by RD and EC editors.
  
  The DTX editor also reports such errors, but only if gap and/or
  overlap checking is active. They should be reported even when
  gap/overlap checks are not enabled.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Decison table editor in Business Console allows to have
  more than 1 Otherwise cell in the same partition. This is not
  valid, and is reported as an error by Rule Designer and the
  Enterprise Console editors.
  The Business console decisioin Table editor also reports such
  errors, but only if gap and/or overlap checking is active. They
  should be reported even when gap/overlap checks are not enabled.
  In "Auto row ordering", auto-partitionning can lead to several
  Otherwise in the same partition.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.
