APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In non managed branches (ie no dgf branches) the snapshot is
  deleted only in the main Decision Service and NOT in its
  dependencies.
  The way the creation of a snasphot/branch in a DS works is that
  we create a snapshot/branch with the same name in all the
  projects of the DS.
  In that case when we try to recreate the snapshot, we can
  recreate it in the main DS because it was properly deleted but
  not in the dependencies because a snapshot
  with the same name already exists.
  Error message is thrown : There is already an item for which
  the property 'name' is 'XXXXXX'
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Snapshots were not deleted in dependencies in non managed
  branches, so when creating a new snapshot with the same name it
  would detect that it still existed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed.
