APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If user deploys a decision operation from the Business Console
  using a secured URL
  (e.g.https://localhost:4443/decisioncenter), the permalink
  generated
  in decisioncenter.url property may show an insecure URL (e.g.
  http://localhost:9443/decisioncenter) which is inaccessible.
  This is because the information on whether the server is
  secured or not is stored when logging in the Enterprise Console,
   as a result, if the user did not log in the Enterprise Console
  before opening the Business Console and hence http (default
  value) was used instead of https.
  Similarly, if user logged in the Enterprise Console using a
  secured URL before opening the Business Console, the
  decisioncenter.url property will use https even if the decision
  operation is deployed using an insecure URL.
  

Local fix

• A workaround is to login the Enterprise Console first
  

Problem summary

• The link generated in decisioncenter.url property may show a
  secure or insecure link (one of which will be inaccessable)
  depending on whether or not a user is previously logged into
  the enterprise console.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed
