APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a test has been created and run in a change activity for
  example, it is impossible to delete the execution report, a
  message is displayed back to the user : "The specified element
  was not found
  Hint: The element may have been deleted by another user"
  This behavior is obtained with customer repository imported
  using Rule Designer with Derby
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The issue is that there are multiple dependencies among
  projects, and when deleting a test report, a deletion of a
  internal dependency may trigger a multiple project dependency
  deletion multiple time, which in turn generates an exception
  and in the end avoid to delete the test report.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed
