APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• IlrValueProvider does not work correctly with Decision Engine.
  It picks up a string value as opposed to the code that is
  associated to the value.
  This works properly in Classic Rule Engine, but not in Decision
  Engine.
  For example: In Classic Rule Engine, the value for "Not Stated"
  gets converted to "NS" as it should. In Decision Engine, the
  value gets converted to "Not Started" which is incorrect.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The IlrValueProvider does not work properly with Decision
  Engine. It does not pick up the code that is associated to the
  value. It works propertly with Classic Rule Engine. For
  example, the value 'Not Stated' is converted to 'NS' as it
  should. In Decision Engine, this value is converted to 'Not
  started' which is incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.
