APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• This happens with classic decision service projects. In the
  Enterprise Console, these projects appear both in the "Work on
  a rule project" and in the "Work on a decision service"
  sections of the Home tab.
  When such a project is selected in the "Work on a rule project"
  section, the current project info is not updated and this
  results in wrong display in some pages.
  

Local fix

• Workaround: select a project that is not a decision service and
  then select again the decision service. Now the correct
  dependencies are shown.
  

Problem summary

• Enterprise Console Dependencies not updated when selecting a
  main decision service (classic) project because projectInfo is
  not reset when selecting a classic project tagged as a decision
  service in the "Work on project" combo. The fix is to take
  directly the project info from the working baseline instead.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed
