Error description
When you enable xom management in DC and set ilog.rules.res.XOM_ IN_RULEAPP_ARCHIVE to true, the ruleApp contains the xom. Nevertheless if you deploy a new version of the xom, the ruleApp archive will still reference the previous version of the xom.
