Error description

• In the Entreprise Console edit  the precondition of a decision
  table, when using the drop down to select an attribute, the
  scroll feature sometimes does not work.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• In the Enterprise console when editing preconditions of a
  decision table and using the drop down to select attribute
  values, sometimes the scroll feature does not work. The problem
  was that the precondition editor popup was sized to the visible
  window instead of the visible part of the page.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.
