Error description

  • Customer encountered timeout when approving a change activity.
The change activity includes about several hundreds of new or
changed rules and  hundreds of new test suites. This also
affects performance of merging operations and related API calls.

Local fix

  • 



Problem summary


    

  • Decision center is slow when approving a change activity. The
reason is that approving a change activity generates an
important number of SQL queries (around 10 000) even if the
activity contains only one rule modified.

  • The code is fixed.

    



Temporary fix


    

  • Increase the timeout
