• Some queries will run very slow when the result contains
  decision tables.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Some queries in a decision tables having gaps and overlaps may
  run very slow. This is due to numerous call of IlrDTHelper
  while executing the query. The performance decrease a lot
  during the archive generation
  (IlrRulesetArchiveGenerator.findElementsAndRemoveDuplicates).
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.
