APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Migration script does not handle versions of deleted elements
  if they are undeleted from the recyclebin, and after the
  migration, the version that has been deleted once will not be
  migrated to the new database. So the version will be missing.
  

Local fix

• Run the attached query (missing85-87Version.sql) to copy
  missing versions from 8.5 repository to 8.7 repository.
  

Problem summary

• The migration script did not handle versions of deleted elements
  after they are had been undeleted from the recyclebin. After the
  migration, the version that had been deleted will not be
  migrated to the new database. So the version will be missing.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was fixed
  

Temporary fix

• Run the attached query (missing85-87Version.sql) to copy
  missing versions from 8.5 repository to 8.7 repository.
