• Deleting a decision operation from decision center doesn't seem
  to remove the query extractor, which caused an error like below
  when trying to publish a recreated rule of the exact same name:
  "There is already an item for which the property 'name' is
  'Copy_extractor'"
  Following exception is found in the SystemOut.log:
