Error description

  • There is an IRL cache per server, we have a mechanism to clean
ruleflows from the cache when needed but this is performed only

on the server from which the change was performed.

In this case this explains why the generation works from the
GUI but not from API because the cache of the server used by
the API still contains the ruleflow from a previous build.

This issue is specific to ruleflows and doesn't affect rules
because when a rule changes, a version is created and when
we'll look in the cache for this new version we will not find
it and the rule will be rebuilt.
