Error description

  • This defect exposed a limitation of DSI in the sense that an
event that cannot be processed is retried 5 times and then
abandoned (as opposed to, for example, being stored somewhere
where it can be manually retried or discarded).  A fix for this
APAR doesn't correct this behavior.

Local fix

  • Add the "com.ibm.ia.agent.RuleAgent=warning" trace string to
the server.xml of each container.
