APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If sync entries are deleted in RD, there is a conflict syncing
    b2xa with change activity.
In the RD sync window, all files are with double red arrows.
Override and publish the bom with those .b2x/ b2xa files leads
    to the error message.
There is already an item for which the
    property 'name' is 'context_b2xa'
This happens for all *.b2x/b2xa pairs.
(After migrating from CRE to DE, BOM-to-XOM mappings are
migrated and files have same name but extensions *.b2x and *.
    b2xa)

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Double red arrows are expected when synchronization files are
deleted, there is no reference point.
However the b2x files should be able to be synchronized, here
the conflict arrives because of the use of an incorrect method
used to identify the name of the element.

Problem conclusion

  • The code is fixed
