APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• To reproduce:
  1) Create a new Validation Activity
  2) Create a new Test Suite (or a new Simulation) in this
  Validation Activity, and enter a comment in the "Create New
  Version" pane
  3) Go to the timeline
  <= The comment that we have entered in 2) is not visible.
  In fact this is part of the design specifications: for object
  creation, we show only "you created this object" in the
  timeline.
  However, the message in the "Create new version" dialog is
  misleading,
  It says:
  "You can add a comment to associate with this version which can
  be viewed in the timeline..."
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• For a rename event the version comment will be the old name of
  the rule. For any other event, use the actual version comment
  for that version.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed
