Error description

• Create a new test suite in a new change activity and run the
  test suite. Complete the change activity and create a new
  change activity. The test suite will now show as not run. Run
  the test suit and complete the second change activity and
  create a third new change activity. Now the test suite will
  point to a report created in the previous activty.
