APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After the SSP process for a  long-running test suite had been
  killed, Business Console validation activity on the Test Suites
  tab shows the reports as in progress and won't allow them to be
  stopped or reran. In VTREPORT table  are records  with a status
  of "Started".
  

Local fix

• To be able to run the TestSuite again:
  Copy the TestSuite to a new one.
  Then the copied item can be executed fine.
  

Problem summary

• When evaluating if a report is complete or not we are looking
  for a job in the ssp.If the job is null nothing happens and the
  report remains in progress.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed so that if there is no job running the test
  is declared cancelled.
