APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Message "An unexcepted error has occured. Contact your
  administrator." is thrown in Business Console after performing
  the following steps:
  1.  Starting from the Library View,  click on a link for a
  release
  2.  The app will load the release and bring up the Deployments
  tab as the default tab.
  3.  Quickly, before all of the deployment configurations are
  shown, click on the Deciison Services link that is in the upper
  
  left corner of the Library view.
  4.  The App will list all the releases and an error message
  will pop up.
  5.  An unexpected error has occured.  Contact your
  administrator.
  when the working baseline is null, and this throws the
  following NPE:
