Error description
Start RD on a clean workspace. Open the Rule perspective. Import the attached zip file in RD. If you try to open the menu on a rule project using right click: - The menu directly opens for bm3dgatom_jrules_bom_domaine, bm3dgatom_jrules_bom_modelen and bm3dgatom_jrules_bom_outils projects - However, the menu will open in about 6-8 seconds for bm3dgatom_jrules_ diagnostic and bm3dgatom_jrules_controle_rs projects.
Local fix
If you close the Rule Project Map view and restart RD, the menu directly opens for all the projects.
