RS02107: RSO SYNC REPLACES EMPTY DT CELLS WITH NULL LITERAL STRING

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a DT cell is empty in Decision Center, in the RSO
  spreadsheet there may be a "null" value showing for the cell.
  After copy pasting rows containing such "null" value, the new
  rows in Excel may have cells with literal "null" string.
  And after it is checked in Decision Center, the Decision Table
  then contains a "null" string literal as well.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Empty values are processed as regular values but are in fact
  null.  The value null is then used directly as the text.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed
