Error description
A column name, D, is assigned to the decision table column. Later when a user modify column value from D to "My awesome Label" , which the value is copy it the text file and paste it into the column value. Then the value of "My awesome Label" will fill up the whole entire column rather than just updating the column name value itself. This is only happen in chrome. It works in firefox.

Use firefox browser.
