Error description

• The Decision Center diagnostic can report incorrect errors such
  as:
   "Check versioning system":
  DC.RULEARTIFACT { ID=15715; ORIGINALID=15715; TYPE=16(brm.
  DecisionTable); STARTID=48871; ENDID=48872; NAME=MyRule }
  DC.SCENARIOSUITE { ID=512; ORIGINALID=512; TYPE=61(brm.
  TestSuite); STARTID=46408; ENDID=46410; NAME=MyTestSuite }
  This can happen for example with following steps:
  -Create a new branch "branch1".
  -In this new branch, add a new rule "R1".
  -Then, edit this new rule to create a new version (change the
  status of the rule for instance).
  -Merge branch1 to the main branch.
  -Switch to the main branch, and check the diagnostics are all
  green.
  -Delete the sub-branch.
  Check the diagnostics again ==> get an error for "Check
  versioning system" for R1.
