APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Changes of XSD XOM files are detected by the synchronization in
  Rule Designer and the publish seems successful. However
  inconsistencies are found in the generated ruleset: the .xom is
  not reflecting the latest XSD change and the schema itself
  seems to not always be the latest. This can then lead to
  ruleset parsing errors when attempting to execute the rules.
  The steps below show examples of what may be seen:
  - import the PreTradeChecks sample in Rule Designer
  - publish to Decision Center
  - add a "destination2" element as a copy of the "Order.
  destination" element
  - synchronize / publish the xom.xsd file as a change is detected
  - in teamserver generate the ruleset => the .xom does not have
  destination2 but the xsd has destination2
  - stop sample server
  - start sample server
  - add a "destination3" element as a copy of the "Order.
  destination" element
  - synchronize / publish the xom.xsd file as a change is detected
  - in teamserver, clean the cache, generate the ruleset => the .
  xom does not have destination2 nor destination3 and the xsd has
  destination and destination2 but not destination3
  

Local fix

• force a change in rule project properties to publish an updated
  .ruleproject file
  

Problem summary

• issue with the resource management in the synchronization.
  Resources are not rule artifacts and follow a different path
