APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After migrating a database, you create a new rule project from
  Decision Center.
  The synchronization perspective shows that a file under
  /resources/ is not uploaded.
  If you perform synchronization again and select upload, still
  the file is not created.
  Another synchronization will show again this file as missing in
  Rule  Designer.
