Error description

• When attempting to create a new target server in a deployment
  configuration of Rule Designer, the dialog "Finish" button may
  be unresponsive and the creation cannot be completed.
  This happens when the name of new the target server is already
  in use, but also if it was previously used for a target server
  and then
  deleted.
  The following exception is seen in the workspace .metadata/.log
