Error description

• Rule Designer/Decision Center 8.6.0.2
  
  When setting a decorated value descriptor on a BOM class typed
  as a string:
  
          property "DecoratedValueDescriptor.prefix" "#"
          property valueDescriptor "com.accovia.location.
  Location#Decorated(ilog.rules.brl.String)"
  
  entering values of that class in a decision table causes the
  value to be truncated: the first and last character of the
  string are removed.
  
  In Rule Designer, the string can be properly entered by
  manually typing it but it will still be truncated if it is
  pasted from other application like Excel.
  
  In Decision Center, the string is also truncated no matter it's
  entered using keyboard or it is pasted from clipboard.

• Enclose the String with ""
