APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In New Rules Project dialog, menu item  "Rule Project with a
  BOM"  is missing in non-default locales
  

Local fix

• Locate the plugin  AppServer-Shared\plugins\ilog.rules.studio.
  ui.ruleprojecttemplates_8.6.0.0-20140507_1942  (could be a
  different version number)
  edit plugin.xml
  remove the line 80:    locale="en"
  The section looks like:

Problem summary

• The rule project with BOM template is hardcoded to generate for
  English version
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed.  Be aware that the workaround provided might
  generate the files in the english folder rather than localized
  one. Fix the folder location before using the project.
