Error description
When generating a ruleapp in the entreprise console some decision service are not listed in the selection box, there is no explanation as to why this is.
Local fix
The Enterprise Console cannot be used to generate ruleApp for decision service projets version 8.6 and later. Only the Business Console can be used for those.
Problem summary
The UI is misleading regarding what can be done and cannot be done with a decision service
Problem conclusion
The message "Starting from Decision Center version 8.6, deployment of new decision services must be done in the Business console" is displayed in the ruleapp creation page.
