APAR status

Error description

• Classloading policy  parent-last is not in effect for jrules-
  teamserver-WL12.ear, causing
  org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException:
  Error creating bean with name 'cacheManager' defined in
  ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/spring/applicationContext.xml]
  
  : Initialization of bean failed
  Caused By: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.sf.ehcache.
  CacheManager
  during deployment, and HTTP 500 IllegalStateException on first
  launch of DC Enterprise Console.
  

Local fix

• In file jrules-teamserver-WL12.ear\teamserver.war\WEB-
  INF\weblogic.xml, add the following 2 lines within element
  <container-descriptor>:
  in prefer-application-packages:
   <package-name>org.springframework.*</package-name>
  in prefer-application-resources:
   <resource-name>org.springframework.*</resource-name>
