RS01822: DEPLOYMENT.XML NOT PROPERLY DEPLOYED WITH DECISION SERVICE PROJECT

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When creating a Decision Service Project in ODM v8.6, and
  deploying it to Business Console, if the BOM/XOM project is
  different than the Rules project, the deployment.xml file is
  missing the first time you published to Decision Center.
  
  Because of that, a DVS test suite will not run in  Business
  Console (will get a GBRXU0448E error)
  

Local fix

• Add manually the resource/META-INF/deployment.xml file (copied
  it from the BOM project to the Decision Service project) in
  Rule Designer project, and synchronized again.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is that the Decision Center codes does not search
  for the  deployment.xml in dependent projects and only in the
  main project
  

Problem conclusion

• the code is fixed
