When navigating rule projects with more than one sub-folders, an empty error message might be thrown on the console with the following error messages in the log: 000001aa IlrTreeContro E GBRDR0001E: The specified element was not found Hint: The element may have been deleted by another user

Uncheck "Refresh children on expand in the smart folders " under "Project" tab> "Edit Project Options".
