• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When deploying a decision service an error message is printed
  and an exception thrown in the system log. Nothing gets
  published.
  Warning : Unable to load
  /decisioncenter/s/executeCommand?commandName=ds.DeployBranch
  status: 500

Local fix

• Put the deployment operation in its target rule project instead
  of the main DS project
  

Problem summary

• when the rule project is not included in the main project of
  the decision service the  ruleset extractor is not generated in
  the location the Decision Center is expecting. When the decison
  service is deployed  the error is then thrown
  

Problem conclusion

• The code is fixed decision center now looks in sub projects for
  the information
